The community band is a great place for brass and percussion musicians to develop their abilities in a supportive and welcoming environment.We are so proud to see how this band is progressing and growing, each week the band get better and better. The Driffield Community Band will be joining us at our upcoming Bob Dales Memorial Concert next month. Message the band to see how you can get involved!🎺 Join the Driffield Community Band 🥁Looking for a friendly, welcoming band to be part of? Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to music after a break or an experienced player, the Driffield Community Band would love to hear from you!We’re open to all ages and abilities and we welcome brass and percussion players. Don’t worry if you don’t have your own instrument - we can provide one for you!Our varied concert programmes include everything from classical favourites to pop hits so there is something for everyone to enjoy.The band rehearse every Friday night from 6pm-7.15pm at Nafferton Village Hall. For transparency, the band does have a £8 subscription fee per month, per person but a hardship fund is available to those who require it. Households pay a maximum of £16 per month. The East Riding Youth Brass Band is a great place for young people to develop both their musical abilities and their confidence. We are so proud to have this band within our organization, their members are coming on leaps and bounds! 🎶🎺Join the East Riding Youth Brass Band🥁Got a young music lover at home? Why not get them involved in something fun, creative and social! East Riding Youth Brass Band is the perfect place for children and young people to learn, grow confidence and make friends through music 🎶We welcome all abilities and young people from ages 7-21. From complete beginners to more confident players, we provide a supportive, encouraging environment where everyone can thrive.The band rehearse on every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month from 5-6pm at Nafferton Village Hall. 🎺Open to brass and percussion players🥁 Instruments can be provided🎼 We play a wide range of music from classics to modern favouritesFor transparency, the band does have a subscription fee of £4 per month, per child.
